The chosen venue.

This was among the first thing in our checklist which has been confirmed since last February ;)

For akad nikah & reception at Muar, below is the chosen venue:

Mann Chalet.

The ambiance at the chalet are very traditional and the owner Pak Akob and Mak intan are very friendly I would say...
So we have decided to choose this venue because of the package they offered. All in one roof, for quite affordable price for me since i will be sharing the cost with my brother abby... :)

Package include:

1. Accommodation - 7 rooms (1 room is for the bride...ada jakuzzi uols) for 3 days and 2 nights
2. Catering
3. 5 Tents
4. Full set Pelamin (Pelamin, Mini pelamin, andaman, baju pengantin, etc)
5. DJ
6. Kompang

Those are the basic items included in the package. :)
We hope that the wedding will go well as planned...look forward to have further discussion on the pelamin etc...plan to go to Muar this coming May... :)

bridesmaids and groomsmen theme colour

MINT GREEN

was all that we had in mind while hunting for the fabric for the bridesmaid and groomsmen attire...

although the colour was sooooo hard to find...sobs...

so here's what we have decided to buy yesterday...not so minty but we loved it anyway!

top colour is for bridesmaid baju kurung

softer colour below is for groomsmen baju melayu..

bought it at Jakel Seremban....(final day of sale! lucky we got there in time...phew...)

next is to find samping seragam, shawl and border lace...one at a time..inshaAllah... :)

Wedding dress!

went to Melaka yesterday to met our designer at Lumiere Concept...

it was a great session...really like it when they sketch the dress for me and write down what i want... 

requested for princess cut dress which is not too bulky, just flow down nicely...all white on my side for both nikah and sanding...veil nak panjang sampai lantai (berangan)...material chiffon with pearls detailing...and deep magenta songket dress on his side...weeeee :)

ok i really have to reduce those inches ye...hehehe...semangat okay!

For our next visit i need to bring a girl friend along as i noticed the boutique does not have any girl staff to help you with the fitting and all...

overall, i'm satisfied with the discussion we had...glad that we can finally confirmed on the designs and they can start using their magic wand to put together the dresses...

can't wait to try all the dresses! >_<
